Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to store. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be communicated via the dashboard where possible.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions renew according to the selected period. You may cancel at any time from the billing section. Usage that remains within the billed period stays available until the next renewal date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexus Desk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service. Maintain your own backups of critical documents.
